
After arriving to Thailand in 1999 Kalle and his partner acquires a small hotel with 10 rooms, and quickly builds an extension adding another 6 rooms.

The first Nordic project was a small village consisting of 2 twin bungalows and 2 stand alones originally sold to 6 individual owners.

After the success with Nordic Village 1 it did not take long before the construction of a 2nd village was started. This was the first project done in collaboration with SK Construction.

The purchase of Nordic Hill was a strategic purchase done in combination with the purchase of surrounding land. In addition to the hotel-rooms located in the building Nordic Hill would function as the administration and reception for the rental-system that was established in the later constructed properties.

With Nordic Apartments 1 the move was made from bungalows to apartments. Located next to Nordic Hill it was managed from there.

Nordic Apartments 2 was a small apartment building constructed next to Nordic Hill with 9 apartments. In front of it was Nordic Village 3 with five units.

The small exclusive villages become a popular choice at Nordic.

Nordic Apartments 3 had seven apartments, and also included two commercial units that served various purposes in the following years.

Nordic Terrace was another milestone for Nordic Group. Considerably larger than the previous projects, and the first condominium. The project was highly attractive and won awards for its design which stood out at the time.

Nordic Apartments 4 was constructed behind Village 2 and is connected with a pathway, and sharing pool-area.

Nordic Garden Resort consists of 16 apartments and 6 bungalows. One of the most attractive projects for rentals in the area.

The 2nd condominium project was the biggest single project constructed in the area.

Nordic Apartments 6 was a small apartment-complex build by a different contractor. The building was recently demolished to make space for bigger projects.

In 2006 construction of the Nordic Bangsarey Health & Sports Resort was started. It was the first projects located in a different era than Pratamnak. Phase 1 was completed in 2007 and consisted of (xx) houses.

Nordic Dream Paradise Condominium consists of two separate buildings. The first building is the main, and it was completed in 2008.

Phase 2 of the Nordic Bangsarey Health & Sports Resort-development saw the completion of another (xx) houses and two apartment-buildings with a total of 40 apartments.

Nordic Village 6 was constructed in conjunction with and is practically a part of Nordic Park Hill.

Nordic Park Hill is located with access from both Pratamnak Soi 4 and Kasetsin Road.

Even though completed later Nordic Little Dream is technically a part of Nordic Dream Paradise Condominium.
By the 2nd half of 2009 Nordic Group ended their involvement with most of the properties in both Pratamnak and Bangsarey.
A new company takes over the management of the projects in Pratamnak, and start the development of their own buildings in a different theme and different business-plan.
In Bangsarey investors took over the project and is still operating it today under the name Nordic Tropical Resort.

New name and new business. The following years SiamNordic works with with company-management, business-consultation, and real estate investments.

A new company; CFS Siam, is established in order to provide property management and property services to existing projects and home-owners.

A new project is initiated in Chumphon. A group of investors takes over the project a year later, and continues construction.
Two buildings are completed when covid-19 causes difficulties for further development.

In 2019, after several years of research, construction starts on a the "pilot project" for our newest concept on the countryside in northeast Thailand.
