SiamNordic's roots in Thailand date back over 25 years, when Karl Fred "Kalle" Kristensen first arrived in Jomtien and built the Nordic Group from a single 9-room hotel into a property developer with over 15 completed residential projects.
Today, SiamNordic is managed by his son, Tom Sætersdal—who joined in 2005 and took over operations in 2009. Our current work focuses on building alternative countryside living environments, practical advisory for foreigners in Thailand, sports tourism, and specialized equipment distribution.
